Krootix Services will never ask you to pay money to apply for a job, attend an interview, or receive a job offer. If anyone requests a payment in our name, it is a scam.
How to recognise a job scam
- Requests for payment of any "registration", "security deposit", "training" or "processing" fee.
- Job offers made without a proper interview process.
- Communication from free or personal email addresses rather than our official domain.
- Requests for your bank details, passwords, or copies of financial documents.
- Pressure to act urgently or to keep the "offer" confidential.
- Offers that seem too good to be true — unusually high pay for little work.
How to stay safe
- Never pay money to secure a job or placement.
- Never share banking passwords, OTPs or sensitive financial information.
- Verify that communication comes from our official email domain and phone number.
- When in doubt, contact us directly using the details on this website.
Reporting a scam
